Council Meetings

Should not merely duplicate local PTA meetings, but should provide information, instruction and inspiration for PTA leaders. Should be open to all members of PTAs and PTSAs comprising the council, while limiting the privileges of introducing motions and voting to the voting body defined in the council bylaws.

Councils Bylaws

Each council should review its bylaws periodically. The procedure is the same as for local PTAs, with three copies being sent to the Florida PTA Bylaws chairman for approval.
